01You are a registered business in the Philippines.
Revenue cap
02Your annual revenue is below ₱ 2,500,000, as evidenced by your financial statements.
Mandatory documentation
03Valid audited financial statements (BIR-filed) for the most recent financial year, along with proof of business registration (DTI / SEC registration, as applicable) and a signed self-declaration of annual revenue. Applications without the required financial statement will not be processed.
One account per business
04Only one free Startup account is permitted per registered entity. Creating multiple accounts or splitting your business to stay within limits will disqualify you.
