02Your annual revenue is below ₹40,00,000 (40 lakh), as evidenced by your audited balance sheet.
Audited balance sheet
03A valid audited balance sheet (by a practicing Chartered Accountant) for the most recent financial year, plus proof of registration and a signed self-declaration.
One account per business
04Only one free Startup account per registered entity. Splitting your business to stay within limits will disqualify you.
